Payment

Kiki & Bree accept payment by the following debit and credit cards: Visa Credit, Mastercard, Visa Delta, Maestro, Solo, Visa Electron.

The card will be charged at the point at which the order is confirmed and the customer will be informed of this transaction via e-mail. In the unlikely event of an order being placed on an 'out of stock' item, the customer will be informed via e-mail and the card refunded.

Prices

Prices are inclusive of VAT. A delivery charge of £3.50 will be clearly added to the total amount at the close of the transaction. Delivery of up to two cards is free and any other purchase, regardless of size, will have a set charge of £3.50 added. Prices of products are subject to change.

Returns

Kiki & Bree want you to be entirely happy with the goods you receive. If dissatisfied with an item, please return with a note clearly stating the problem, in the re-sealable bag in which the item was sent.

Returned items must be received within 14 days of purchase, in perfect condition and with labels still attached. Kiki & Bree reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned item is in anything less than perfect condition. Please obtain a certificate of posting if returning items and send to:

The cost of the item will be refunded to the customer using the same card with which the original purchase was made. Kiki & Bree are unable to refund postage, unless the item received proves to have a manufacturing fault. Greeting cards are non-refundable.

Data Protection

Your details will never be passed on to a third party and you will not receive advertising from any other company through Kiki & Bree.

Delivery

Items will be sent first class via Royal Mail. Although not guaranteed, Kiki & Bree will endeavour to ensure that your goods will be delivered 2-6 days after the order has been placed. If any delays should occur on a particular item the customer will be notified by e-mail.

The delivery charge of £3.50 applies to orders placed within the UK. If placing an order from outside the UK, please contact Kiki & Bree via e-mail regarding delivery costs.

Products

Using high quality photography, Kiki & Bree endeavours to portray all products accurately. Any descriptions that accompany a product have been written with sincerity and no intention to mislead. Due to the nature of production, some suppliers' clothing may vary slightly in colour within the same product.
